Open Question: Severe pain on right hand, pinkie side, down side of hand including finger?

In the past 4 1 / 2 I have a fried chicken deli work for so many years, I 53. One day, my hand suddenly injured his right hand on the outside, through the little finger of my pain and reduce the external radiation of my hand. I feel the source of pain where the finger joints to meet my hand. I do not know whether arthritis, tendinitis or anything, but the pain is very intense, can bring things and sleep disturbances. I intend to be a doctor's appointment soon, but any advice is much appreciated!

I have pain from my joints crack? In my hands? I think I will get arthritis? ? My mother would not take me to a doctor cosine she knew I was a paranoid, no one is willing to take such a person to a doctor! So how can I crack if I have pain in my finger joints? If it is arthritis or carpal tunnel I think I will die, because my mother from it even bother the doctor or ring about it, so I was Serbian. So back in July me and my friends play football outside of the fourth. Basically reached the catch and it hit me on the little finger. Now, it hurt almost like I need to pop up really bad. I do not know what it is, but it is not arthritis, because it is in the top joint of my little finger only. Everyone knows what it might be?

Recently I have been awake, I can barely straighten my fingers. They just pain. Later, when one day I can be traced back to rectify them, but I can barely bend back. I was 13 so I doubt it's arthritis. I do not type all of the computer too much, but I play video games a fair amount. I know that a couple of other Yahoo answers, but I would appreciate an answer because it absorbs all of the time there is pain in the fingers. I almost can not give a high five! Thank you.

To the touch. I work with my hands, but never encountered such a situation. I woke up the pain of the process, even though I have ibuprofen dose of 2 nights. They are still very painful, even with Motrin. Can arthritis show so fast? I do not even 50 yet.
